Ordered a game counsel for my sons birthday on august 20th to be at my house for my sons bday. Sept 4th. An extremely resonable amount of time to go from texas to ohio... its now sept 9th and no answers for why my product isnt at my house. I was just today offered a refund for the exact amount of product and was told that by Reese saving this refund that they could contact the shipper and have that product sent back to them. Maybe i'm simple minded, but for some reason, I can't figure out how they can't just contact them to figure out where it's at to get it to my house.... they also said that if I chose the. Refund, it would be processed and 52 ten business days like I want to wait another week and a half to get my money back for something that I ordered twenty days ago. I would highly suggest nobody orders anything from gamestop. My fault was not reading reviews before I did so upon further investigation. I have found that they just don't either deliver a product, but they're CEO makes millions of dollars a year. How is that possible? The only reason I'm leaving One star is because they give you no choice and yes, my son add a birthday party with no present because gamestop couldn't deliver within a fourteen day window. And for 10 days they tried to tell me that the package was in Columbus. Ohio in transit to next facility...
