Sizes, customer service, and shipping.
Ordered December 4 for Christmas. Plenty of time to receive per their shipping statement. First I was not aware it was coming from China if so no order would have been placed. Ordered Christmas items that needed to be delivered at the same time. They were not and shipped in different shipments. I believe in reading other reviews that I will now be billed tarriffs, shipping, and duties. So I will be paying twice since it was shipped separately. I have an idea they are in cahoots with the shipping people. They did not make it for Christmas so they went to goodwill.
Customer service responds with what looks like a form letter. They refuse to do anything and say they are not responsible for shipping. My response is if they choose shipping they damn sure are responsible for it. My second shipped item sat on a dock for a couple of weeks somewhere in China. Again they refused to help. Sizes not even close to US measure. If they sell here they need to make sure that it is sized to our measurement. I have a 5 year old wearing a medium. I wear an XL and cannot even pull it over my head.
Please save yourself all the headaches you will no doubt experience.
