Bought a dress ring for £360 gold with small diamonds but the ring had no hallmark contacted them and got an email back stating it was illegal to sell a ring with no hallmark and could I send it back to be rectified and they would send it straight back, 7 weeks now and they don’t answer emails, what’s app phone calls say we’re not here at the moment so all I can take from this is that they are scamming people I really want to advise people to avoid this company as mine was only £360 but some of there prices are in the thousands please avoid at all call, if it looks like it’s a great deal it’s probably a scam
