I bought a new engagement ring for my Wife from here and she loved it, so when it came to buying her a dress ring I never thought about it twice so we had a look and picked a 9ct gold eternity ring at the sale price of £380, when the ring came it looked nice but as it was not for everyday wear it got put away, after a while my Wife decided to wear it for a night out, but on opening the box the ring looked tarnished, and on closer inspection we discovered there was no hallmark? I contacted the company asking them about this issue, I got an immediate reply, that it was illesgle to send out anything gold without a hallmark, and it must have been cut off when the ring was getting sized, I was then asked to send the ring back to them and they would get it rectified and sent straight back to me, I sent the ring back on the 1st August 2023 and since then I have heard nothing from them, they have not answered any phone calls or emails, so they have now kept my money and the ring which to me is paramount to theft, it is now the middle of November and still nothing from them, so in my opinion you should avoid this company unless you want dodgy gold or even like I have been ripped off.
