He was unable to answer the delivery date (3-5 days was promised), no apologies or any effort to resolve the situation. The staff was unable to escalate as this is “not” the company policy and I must send and email. He cancelled the order without my consent or knowledge. I have since received 10s of emails asking me to order again…and they will offer a “new” delivery code. If you want to spend £££ do somewhere else don’t waste your time expecting customer service from GANT. The staff need real training in customer service and should have access to the right information.
