My rucksack arrived promptly and I was given helpful information about when it would arrive during the morning. I am currently travelling in Italy with it and It is fantastic. The small back pack is really so comfortable on my back.and having wheels on the larger one has bag has made such a difference when walking longer distances. It has lots of useful.pockets inside.
