I ordered my building, and paid my deposit on 12/1/21. It's 1/11/22 and I have not been contacted. When I call, they say they will check and get back to me....they NEVER DO. I was told 2 to 4 weeks. It's now 6 weeks and NO INSTALL DATE. Not even a call back. Carolina Carports is the supplier/installer and you cannot get through to them either. 2 of the most useless companies I have ever dealt with. Never again, and I will tell all of my friends not to do business with them either. They were waiting to see how I would be treated and now we know....
