I NEVER leave online reviews, but I just had to for these guys. Called in and spoke with Alex a several days ago. After going over my design on the phone, he said he’d have a quote (and computer images) emailed to me within in 10 minutes. I thought wow, that’s impressive. Hours later, nothing. Checked spam folder, just in case … nothing there either. Called again the next day, the operator recognized me, calling me by my name. Felt kinda weird. She routed me to Alex’s extension, which clicked over to his voicemail. Left a message, still nothing by the following day …. crickets. So much for their commitment to excellence. All I can say is they must not need the money. Good luck to anyone that gets in bed with an outfit like this.
