25Kg Niger seed ordered 26th July. No delivery confirmation after a few days. Emailed Garden Bird who promised delivery on 5th August. Didn’t arrive. I phoned after a further few days. Told that the packaging had been damaged. Reassured that problem would be sorted. I asked for email confirmation. This was not sent. Order eventually delivered to the wrong address yesterday, 12th August. I complained to delivery company, who explained that the delivery address was incomplete, having only my name and postcode. Therefore left with neighbour. Unacceptably poor service from Garden Bird.
