!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! The products are not fit for purpose. I bought classic suet fat balls and the birds are not interested in them (I feed my birds every day of the year so I know if they're not interested in them). The suet feeder arrived bent and battered. Have tried to speak to the customer service team who are not interested. They hike up the stars for the product by getting one person to put lots of 5 stars reviews so you can't trust what the reviews say. Don't waste your money on their suet balls go to Amazon and buy the RSPB super suet balls, same price and the birds love them.
