I bought my shed almost a year ago and started emailing the company in april about all the problems I had and that were developing as the shed was up a few months . The shed was delivered with the gable ends in 3 panels hence there is no support it just bows when you lean on the middle with nothing supporting the 3 parts . The doors have a 3/4 inch gap in them they dont fit either doors fit and have a gap that lets the water in. There is one rotten panel that was wet and soggy within 2 months . The Premium guttering I paid extra for does not fit this shed or tilt enough to actually drain any water into a waterbut. This shed has been made from very new un seasoned wood that has mad my shed have a huge amount of ventilation and gaps with the wholes i it. There is also evidence that the batons on roof panels have been used before . I have spent £300 erecting the shed and £200 reflecting the shed as the pins were so small and felt such poor very thin quality it lasted only 6 weeks and the felt I bout was at least double he tickles and good quality . I took 3 days painting the shed in and out before it was erected so this isn't a simple task of sending me a know panel for the rotten one and replacing the doors as who will pay to take the shed down to replace the sid panel and re erect it all again and repaint it and pay for the paint . I tried to email the company in fact there is 27 emails between now and April this year . Each reply is from a different person saying could I explain the problem and give me the part number of the part I want replacing and apologising for the bad service. I then get other emails that say we are sorry but we cannot view the previous emails ( even though I can see them all ) can you tell us the problem !!!!! which i have done in many emails with many photos
