Sincerely, Garden Buildings Direct Laura Barker 3 reviews·4 photos 19 hours ago New My experience with this company has Bean awful First a shed arrived That did not fit together as the parts were not cut to the right sizes And some parts were just broken I Also received parts of somebody else's shed That was much bigger On too occasioned too members of staff assured me that the problem Would be Corrected first I waited For a replacement they never contacted me so I contacted them again I then spoke to a second member of staff I requested a refund which I was promised but they would need to pick up their shed before they could issue a refund Which again they failed to do They also promised to collect the large piece of somebody else.'s shed that was delivered with mine They have. Now gone back this Which is illegal for them to do. They have no right to withhold my refund.Once it has been promised to me, I provided all evidence at the time.Nothing has changed. Luckily I keep all my calls to companies recorded As they do and they were also able to confirm, I was misled. Twice to believing the issue , was dealt with But blamed their Colleagues For misleading me as one was new and one Did not work there anymore I have tried Numerous times to contact them And they have not got back to me I also provided them of where they can get legal information on consumer rights as a simple , google search will provide you with much information And A company has no right to withhold your money once They have Promise to refund And in my situation they have promised Not once , but twice that the issue was dealt with First replacement and then a full refund It also confirms that it is illegal For a company to mislead consumer Which I was unaware of When When they first told me , I had been misled As it altered my decision And claiming my money back through other means (Paypal bank etc) As it was faulty I Am now having to go through the correct authorities to claim my money back As they Will not respond to my emails or phone calls.
