avoid this company like the plague. we ordered a summerhouse waited 3 months for delivery when arrived was 4 pieces of floor missing took another month to receive it once started building all pieces were cut wrong or warped even some pieces mouldy ,screws snapped so had to buy own . had to buy lots of timber to bodge it up. customer srrvice is apalling when uou can get them to answer phone , give us an email address to send photos which didnt even exist . was told couldnt get refund cos had it more than 14 days onviously we couldnt start building until the floor was delivered spent days doing best we could to put together spending money for materials which we had already paid for . so if thinking of ordering from them please look elsewhere. the company should be shut down
