I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying from them. Our experience is similar to most people's. The product description is completely untrue. We purchased a BillyOh Pent shed. Poor quality does not sum it up, it is so terrible, and I am so upset that they will not sort this out. We have to pay to return the item, despite the fact they have totally misrepresented the product online. I stupidly trusted the reviews on their website, but in hindsight it is clear that the reviews relate to other products. It does not fit together, it will clearly leak water, there are no steel beams as per their description, and so on. Absolute joke of a company - I was told on the telephone that their Finance Department would call me to discuss collection without paying as the product description was so misleading, but we had no call and so back to communicating by email with their standard line of... we will refund if you pay for collection.
