DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! nothing they advertise is true, i went for the thickest log option they had, most expensive i should add, it was delivered and at the time driver reported faulty felt. they said they would replace it but after i got rid of the damaged part they asked for pictures! With regards to the shed itself, nothing fits properly. Wood was most likely stored i damp condition, as everything is warped, i had to hire builders to come in and fix it all as these guys were not interested. Keep emailing me same messages - most likely automated, saying how sorry they are to hear about the issues, but they never action anything. I told them in the end i would like to return it all and get my money back, thy said someone from cancellations team will call - and they did leave me a voicemail after 8pm - i called straight back and guess what - they don't take calls at that time as the office is shut! i told them i will take partial refund after and they are not interested - only wanted to recover the extra £400 i spend on fixing that cabin. They said as per their T&C they don't do that and if i want to return it they will collect it but i have to take it down myself and then they will charge me another £400 for collection!!!! this company is an absolute joke, there is no customer service, their sales guys will read you scripts saying "its like lego, quality is great and it all fits" this couldn't be further from truth. DO NOT USE THEM, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES WHICH ARE BETTER QUALITY AND CHEAPER!
