I ordered a shed and they delivered to wrong address. They sent photos of the house they delivered to. I had to send photos of my house. Which was obviously different...and they said my only option was to report it missing to the police and get a crime reference number. I spent every night for nearly 2 weeks on the phone .telling them the same thing no one was interested ...my wife was on the phone to them to.. and eventually got me my shed ...went to build it and it's been a nightmare ..had 2 of my neighbours in as they are in the building trade ...they both said it's shocking materials nothing was straight....so if your thinking of buying a shed get it locally. You might pay a bit more money ..but if you have any problems you can go and visit face to face .. hope this has helped you .
