DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. It seems I have had a very similar experience to many others. Delivery was fine and although I didn't expect to have to help unload it I didn't mind helping. There are lots of bits and none have product numbers so it takes a while to match them up to the product list. The instructions for my log cabin were difficult to follow, even more so as they were for the 14x8 version when I had bought the 12x8. The timber quality is not great, with a lot of chips, splits and dents but was in good enough condition to do the job. All the fixings are in one bag, which is annoying, but not the end of the world. However, half way through construction I realised I didn't have enough of a certain type of wall boards to finish. The product list specified 17, I had 15, but somehow I was 10 short of what was needed. Customer services were polite, but not very helpful and struggled to even find my order. I requested the replacement parts and now I am waiting, with a vague timeline for delivery, hopeful that they will arrive before my cabin gets ruined by the weather. I hope others read this and look elsewhere for thier purchase.
