I would give zero stars if I could. Prior to ordering I requested confirmation that the product would definitely be delivered on the date requested (ordered well in advance) due to being a surprise present for my daughter's birthday. I was guaranteed. Ordered the product and after some time checked the status of the order and it still stated awaiting production. Phoned the company to check as both myself and my husband had taken the day off of work to receive delivery. Was once again guaranteed the product would be delivered on the chosen date. Received an email the day before the delivery was due to be told there would be at least a 2 week delay. So the product would not be here for my daughter's birthday, myself and my husband had to mess our employers around and on top of that when I tried to cancel the order on the Friday, I was told that somebody would not give me a call until Monday or Tuesday to discuss arranging the refund!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. So I have no product, no birthday present for my daughter's birthday and now not even a refund. I have to wait around and hope that I catch the call to receive the refund and then wait 3 - 5 working days after that to actually receive my money. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY
