If I could have given it zero stars I would have I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing my Billy Oh greenhouse from them as I would have avoided them like the plague. I have now found out the Billy Oh Greenhouse is their own product and I have to say it is a pile of rubbish. It is flimsy and the panels blow out at the slightest bit of wind and to get them back in,,you either have to prize them back in or unscrew the whole roof section to slide them back in. These started blowing out within a month or two of purchase and after spending the whole of last summer repairing this, now the winter is here it is now beyond repair and still within the 12 month warranty. I phoned Garden Buildings direct and they basically expect you to go through hoops to get your money back. The instructions to assemble are difficult and I am pretty good with flat pack furniture. It said it should take a few hours but took me many more. Avoid the Billyoh Greenhouse and gardenbuildingsdirect alike
