Do not deal with this company.we bought a 12x8 log cabin in august. the pieces were stored in my garage whilst the base was being prepared.due to bad weather and family problems we finally got a clear weekend to construct this.on January the 9th.firstly the floor was badly made and not square.follpwing instructions to the letter we built up the frame.when reaching top of the window we found one side was much higher than the other.after measuring we found the slats were all 5mm wider on one side.impossible to complete the building.after several e mails we were told that due to not building within 30days of receiving it the warranty is void They also insist that the parts have swollen up and we must just wait for it to settle.this is nonsense and insulting to my intelligence.i will be taking legal action Please don't trust there b******t on the website about customer service.
