❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “COMPANY “ !!!!!❌ ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ Only giving them one star as any less wasn’t an option Ordered a cabin play house for our little girls birthday over a month before the actual date with the guidance it would be delivered within 7-10 days so we had plenty of time to build it . It finally arrived 4 days before Her birthday after numerous phone calls to their terrible customer services ! It arrived with around 600 pieces of wood all dumped at the side of the house . They tell you to check everything is there but how can you possibly do that . Once started building it it was clear there was pieces missing . Phoned customer services to tell them the 6 pieces we had so far noticed that was missing “ ok I’ll get them out to you in 5 days “ no apology or anything .so now we’ve missed the birthday it was bought for and 4 weeks later we are still waiting for the missing pieces . The company don’t answer the phone now either . We have ended up buying wood to make the missing pieces our selves as this was the only option left . We spent nearly £1500 will billyoh plus £200 extra to make all the missing pieces ❌THERE WHERE 27 PIECES MISSING IN TOTAL ! ❌ and we even had to make a new door the one they sent didn’t fit PLEASE PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY . THEYLL HAPPILY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN NOT DELIVER WHAT YOUVE PAID FOR READ OTHER REVIEWS , ALL WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS !!!!! You post a negative comment on their fb page and they just delete it ❌❌❌❌SHOCKING COMPANY ❌❌❌❌
