Bought a Cordless Tiller a while back which broke a week or so ago. I tracked the fault down to 3 of its internal gears being broken.On each of these gears 1 tooth out of 18 had sheared off.
I asked whether they could sell me replacement gears or even a gear set. Thats when the problems occurred.
The back and forward emails from them were disgraceful asking for ever more details of our original purchase. Then simply stopped responding tp emails.
I really feel this company is disgraceful and must advise people to avoid it.
