They refused to help me when I was misled about the hedge trimmer that I ordered. Instead they blamed Amazon for the misleading information and pop ups that occur when visiting their sure through Amazon, now I have a chain saw head that doesn't fit the hedg trimmer that I was sent.
I was also sent the wrong item initially
