Ordering was easy, customer support was first class.
Unfortunately, Hamilton are let down by the poor delivery company DPD. The package had been badly handled and the body work was dented and twisted. DPD also automatically added Swiss VAT to their invoice and a handling charge 10 times more than the tax.
Not happy but it is easier to accept, as the item works well and ideal for our greenhouse, it would be a hassel and costly to return the item and claim against DPD.
