I tried to order a couple of small items on line - it wouldn't work. I phoned them and spoke to Mark. He suggested that I try once more, as some customers were experiencing problems with their servers, and should it still fail to ring him back. Well, it didn't work, so I phoned and got through to Mark again. Within minutes he'd taken the order, sorted the delivery address and taken the payment details, all in a very polite manner. I should add, that in both instances the phone was answered within 5 or 6 seconds, and straight through to a human. What a pleasant and unexpected experience. Prompt delivery too.
