However, when I logged in today, I was shocked to find that my XRP and BTT balances showed as R0.00. After reporting this issue, my account was subsequently blocked, and I received an email from the platform stating that this was not their responsibility. They mentioned that I should have blocked the transaction earlier, but this occurred while I was sleeping. I strongly urge others to be cautious and aware of the risks involved.
