Fairly easy to use. Ask some questions that didnt seem necessary. A lot of emphasis on giving gifts when I wasnt giving any. Otherwise nice and simple and hoping it has used the necessary wording to make it trouble free for my children to manage when I pass. Liked being able to do it on the spot and print straight away for no cost.
