Gatwick airport use NCP for their new charge to drop-off at the airport. I alerted them to the fact that I had been charged twice on the way in and therefore did not pay on the way out, as the refund system of NCP is not user friendly. But Gatwick like NCP didn't care to know, and said that NCP were their agent in this business. Reputations of both companies are aligned, and care little about customer service. They were not out of pocket, but still decided to charge me a penalty. A good recession is needed to bring these companies back to reality, for their actions are not customer focus, except to squeeze as much money as possible and where possible. Avoid.
