The company keep threatening me with legal action unless I pay a bill for a property I sold over two years ago. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone, the usual "unexpected demand, we're doing our best" tripe.
I've e-mailed them on several occasions with details, but they just carry on with the threatening letters. Maybe its a culture thing?
