Great product, it arrived well packaged, sealed box. However, I already did some research on the product and from what I could see from the YouTube guide and the specification this was going to do the job. When I went to fit it, the instructions were clear and it fitted exactly as I predicted, super product and well designed. Tbh, I bought a similar lock and as hard as I tried to retrofit it, nothing lined up. This product lined up perfectly and the install went better than I anticipated. Plus it's modern looking and looks perfect on my new painted door. Functionality wise, the lock does it all!! Very Happy
