I sent a copy of my previous Insurance showing my No claims record to Admiral, which they said they had
not received and my purchased policy would be void in 24hrs. Fortunately I had a copy of that document
which I sent by secure mail that day. Obviously in a state of some alarm, I phoned Admiral to ensure that
my cover was in place. The lady I spoke to said it had been received, and my insurance was in place!
Question?
Who lost my documents, was it Royal Mail, or was it lost in-house Admiral.
% Probably Royal Mail as I hope to keep Admiral as my insurer.
