I needed to alter several derails, add my daughters to one policy and start a new one. It proved rather complicated but Nadine was exceptionally polite and unbelievably patient throughout the call. I felt like I must have been the most irritating customer ever, but he only made me feel.like the most important customer ever. I was bowled over by his helpful attitude throughout. Thank you Nadine.
