Never make the mistake of assuming they are worth using for insurance because they are the cheapest...as the saying goes you pay peanuts you get monkeys. 6 months to pay out on a non fault claim. Continuous pressure to use sister company admiral law who send letters as though you have signed documents. Harassing phone calls. Under value the vehicle and demonstrate no knowledge of how to value. Fail to answer queries. Given crime numbers and details of police officers dealing and have the cheek to say without contacting them that they are processing claim as potential fault. Left me without a vehicle for 6 months. Assessors weren't passed documents. Assessors didn't go out to view vehicle despite the fact that all they had to do was arrange viewing with police and suggested I go and take pictures after I was nearly killed in the accident.No thought to flashbacks I still have Left me to collect vehicle two weeks prior to giving birth. Still ongoing so will contact ombudsman.
