First year took the money then kept harassing us for payment until we sent them a photo copy of the bank statement proving we had paid.
Before the renewal date the following year we rang them (after cancelling our debit card) to say we wouldn't be renewing with them again.We spoke to a man called Isaac who kept insisting we give him our new card number.We said they wouldn't need it as we were not renewing with them.
Guess what?They sent us a policy saying we owed them the money.
So I wrote a letter to their complaints dept as you cannot get an email to them.
5 days later we received an email from them saying if they had to cancel the insurance they would make a charge.
This is their mistake and they are harassing us.
Well I say bring it on.I am prepared to go to court over this.In which case they will be owing US money for court fees/inconvenience etc etc
