I had narrowed my search down to 3 companies, one of which was my then current provider. Of those only Admiral rang me back, so they got the business. Had to let my then current provider down gently. Maybe they do not value my custom as much as Admiral.
No claim made so far so cannot comment on that aspect of Admiral.
