Car was damaged in an accident but still drivable (barely). I put a claim in April which was accepted and told to wait for the garage to contact me. Nobody contacted me. I put a complaint in with admiral and they said there had been a mistake but I still hadn’t heard from the garage. It’s been 6 months and my car still hasn’t been to a garage. Multiple complaints raised with admiral got me nowhere other than a few small bits of compensation. They left me on hold for 2 hours the other day, by accident apparently, and told me I would hear back in 48 hours after I asked them why. 2 weeks later I got a phone call explaining they had accidentally transferred me to a closed department. Very unhappy with Admiral and the service. All I want is 2 door panels for a Ford but apparently that’s too much of an ask without them making numerous mistakes. I would recommend avoiding if you can.
