I have just left admiral after being with them for years - tried to make my first ever claim and they are telling me I can’t based on information that is not on their website! Their website says you need to make a claim
Within 48hours - despite doing this, I am somehow still not entitled to the cover even though I pay for it!! Kept getting passed around and eventually called to cancel insurance and am washing my hands with them
