I chose Admiral because I genuinely believed they were a reputable insurance company. Imagine paying a company to handle a car accident, only for them to insist you chase the garage they recommend. The garage provided to me had the lowest reviews. When I called to complain, the Admiral representative, who handles complaints, defended the garage rather than supporting their customer. Surely, if all the reviews are bad, Admiral should call the garage to ensure they improve their services. But it seems if the garage is the cheapest, Admiral doesn't really care.
The garage stated they could only pick up my car in 10 days, and until then, they couldn't provide a courtesy car. Picture being at home, with the police knocking at your door to inform you someone hit your parked car. They find the person and have their insurance details, except the name, which they only give to your insurance. You think it's sorted, only for Admiral to tell you that you have to chase the other company. How is that possible?
I am still waiting for a response from Admiral. Having been in this country for 20 years and dealt with various insurance companies, Admiral is, at this moment, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I sincerely hope they contact me soon to address and rectify this situation.
This experience has been highly frustrating and disappointing, especially from a company I placed my trust in. Customer service and support should always be a priority, and Admiral has clearly failed in this regard. I look forward to a prompt resolution to my issue.
