New to admiral after many years with a competitor. I attempted to change my vehicle on line but was advised this wasn’t allowed. I tried to call admiral but driven down the same route of automation dialogue. I then tried to cancel my policy but the same again. I put a complaint it but still waiting after 2 days to hear from them. This company is hard to do business with so voting with my feet. I’m out.
