My daughter was hit in the rear whilst at traffic lights other driver got out and apologised and swapped insurance details also with admiral so thought this was pretty straight forward so no police involvement, contacted them with the details and was well treated on the phone. Heard nothing for a couple of days so called them to be told the other driver had said my daughter had rolled back into him??? We have legal cover with them only to be told as they are representing the other party we have to use some other legal company even though we reported the accident not the other driver. We have now been told that as there were no witnesses it goes as a 50-50 blame. Ok now they are not responsible for a lying scumbag changing his version of events however they are to blame for poor ie nil communication sitting on the case file for weeks without looking into it fully and just a total lack of understanding, these people are thieves and I will be taking my custom elsewhere. Stay away from this company they are so nice and very friendly whilst you are looking at purchasing as soon as you are making a claim that’s when you will get nothing but problems guarantee’d
