Allianz's accident car repair system is very inconvenient. Another insurance company covers the accident vehicle with insurance based on the report received from the car repair center. Also, Allianz don't consider appointments with customers important. On the day I left the car to the repair shop, Allianz's assessor didn't show up at the appointment without any notice. Because of this, I couldn't make a daily wage, I had to spend my money for Uber, and I had to waste my day. Also, since I haven't been inspected, I have to make another appointment to repair my car, and I have to leave my car for another day with same loss. With this inconvenient system, I have to find a better insurance company.
