There is really no point in a long wordy breakdown to this.
Claimed on my travel insurance on the 30th July, they have just responded today (16th December) asking for my policy number and details of my experience to start the claim.
Roughly 5 months for a response with a generic "Sorry, we've been a bit busy". They make 3.5 billion Euros a quarter in operating profits, hire some more staff and stop treating your customers like garbage!
Make up your own mind, they're not worth my money... Here's hoping I get a response by next July.
