Would go zero if could. Had travel insurance that I tried to use over a 48 hour baggage delay on my return flight from Mexico. They sent what they called a summary of benefits out a week or so prior to my flight that I referenced when submitting my claim. There were two options for submission one with receipts and one without. The benefit for without was $100 and I was fine with that because it would have covered the toiletries I had to buy and my frustration with the event. They later rejected the claim asking for receipts and explained that the non receipt option only applied to departing, not return flights. When I presented the reality that this distinction was not on the communication I received and sent them a picture, they acknowledged that it wasn't but said it was listed in the original contract that I received months before my flight. I explained that this was not fair and asked for the benefit or a refund of this worthless product. They gave me neither.
