This is from Sri Lanka, This is my 2nd bad experience with Allianz, regarding vehicle insurance, The 1st case, reported an accident, their hotline says 'Will Get Back to you' they never do, then again and again call the hotline, then they say they would send an assessor to check the car, he never turned up, 2nd case called the hotline several times, after the 4th call they said they dont have an assessor for the time being, take the pics of both cars, and you can go on your way, but when you reach your destination call us we will send an assessor, called again and reiterated the whole story, they said we will send an assessor within half hour, nobody turned up, again called after an hour and told them, they now said they dont have any assessor, we will send one next day morning, again, nobody turned up, WILL NEVER EVER INSURE WITH THEM AND WILL ALSO INFORM OTHERS ABOUT THEIR HORRID SERVICE
