Borderline scam company. Unfortunately got unwell on my last day of holiday. Had to go to a clinic and be seen by a doctor. Once all that was done I then get a phone call from Allianz firstly asking me to pay for the cover upfront and then they would pay me back after I fill in a form. I said no, and the backed down straight away (obviously a dodgy attempt to get people to pay for them). Then I get a call from them later the same evening telling me my policy is invalid as the cover dates were wrong. They mixed up my date of birth with the start date of the cover! And they refused to admit their mistake and had to make several calls and send several emails. Firstly this al showed a total lack of consideration for the fact that I was on the last day of my holiday with my family and I was really unwell. Secondly they were trying everything they could to get out of paying. Do not use them.
