I am sure online services save money, and I didn't have many problems accessing and printing documents.
They have just sent me a renewal via email, which is fine, also with a breakdown cover which I wished to take up. Sadly on ringing the number provided for this cover it was the same number as the claims department. After going through the options I was left in a queue, therefore after a while I hung up. I only have a mobile, and it would cost me a fair bit to wait.
So I shall be looking elsewhere for a cheaper cover which includes breakdown.
