Horrible insurance company. Stay away! They lure you in with a cheap quote & then you are hit with hidden/extra charges. In addition to this, their customer service team is terrible. Had an accident during my first week of driving and dealing with them was horrific. Had to wait 20+ minutes to speak to an advisor every single time I phoned in to get an update on my claim (very expensive on the phone bill). They are not helpful/do not give you any sort of indication or update on your claim & they cancelled my policy out of nowhere. Terrible insurance company designed to exploit the young. Stay away!
