Absolutely dreadful!
Like most people I was lured in with a cheap quote and once I rang up giving my details in, I sent them a copy of my driving license and then received an email saying I lied about when I got my provisional license (not when I passed my test or when I started driving literally just when I got it) and told me I had to pay an extra £300. Now I've just been told I'll have to pay an extra £500 to get more miles on the policy. Terrible company, pay the little extra and avoid all these extra costs they throw in
