if I could leave minus stars I would... according to my black box reading I went at 92MPH round a country bend.... got a letter saying my insurance was being cancelled and when tried to dispute that it was physically impossible to reach those speeds and for somebody to please double check that my black box was working correctly I was refused. After waiting 5 days for a phonecall I was told that my black box couldn't possible be taking incorrect readings and that the policy cancellation date had now been moved forward to the following morning (2 days before the original date stated in the letter.) Vile and disgusting customer service I will now lose my 1 years no claims, my money and have higher premiums for something I did not do.
