This company does not even deserve one star. Initially they took more money out of my account for my deposit than agreed . After 6 months I wanted to cancel my policy and was told this would be £60 when I told them I would like to go ahead with cancelling they then changed the price to £164! A whole £104 extra I refused to pay this and got the ombudsman involved which required me to only have to pay the £60 they quoted. Now , a year later after cancelling mybisurance they are contacting me telling me I owe them £635 for an outstanding fee on my account. This company is a joke, money grabbing thirds do not insure your car with them! And their customer advisors are extremely rude also
